Iv played with ONLYNUTS alot and i know what you mean but it depends on what range he puts you on? Do you have alot of history?
If this was me playing against him i would call against him as he may try and bluff this given history. BTW whats your pokernick on crypto? You play there alot? Im djcochran

I don't think reraising him is bad. You can fold to 4-bet from him. As for the hand, I played it same and call river. You chop enough, and there is always the chance he doing retatrd stuff, altough Only Nuts is very very nitty.
