Default What to do with QQ facing one overcard on the flop?

I find myself having a tough time in this situation. What is your approach? Being the preflop-raiser and got flat called, do you c-bet? Both in position and oop? Or do you check/call oop?

(If of any use: Limit is NL 100 SH)

It depends of course, but against one opponent almost always.
