Default Is this an easy fold?

So the UTG character has been playing pretty tight, the one thing though is that he only min-raises when he enters a hand, so it gets a little confusing as to what he holds. The way he played this, I'm thinking I should fold.

Sorry, no pokertracker, so I can't give you his exact stats.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($6.65)
BB ($1.08)
UTG ($1.39)
MP ($1.15)
Button ($3.10)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.02, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.1, 1 fold, UTG raises to $0.32, Hero calls $0.22.

So I raise it with queens (standard), the reraise kinda scares me, so I check the turn.

Flop: ($0.66) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.3, Hero ...?

Like I said, since this guy only min-raises to enter a pot (played about 30-40 hands at this point and he only raised it to about 3xbb once, it's been kinda hard to put him on a range). That's what made this tricky to me.

It's not an easy fold at all. given the action your either way ahead or way behind. This might be bad advice but in this spot I either c/f the flop (more than 75% of the time) or c/c the whole way down.

his raise pre is for over 20% of his stack. Don't call a raise pre for 20% of effective stacks at this level. Shove or fold pre. I prefer shove. As played you can anything besides folding is burning money

Wow didn't see that before. This is a def shove pre flop or at best you should have put another raise in there.

Yeah, with these stacks always shove pre-flop. As you played it, I think you have to fold here.

Thanks, I really appreciate the advice. Looking at it now, I def understand why I should have reraised/shoved his pf raise. That call with queens looks really timid now.
