Re: What’s my play: Newspaper constantly delivered under car
WHen I was a paperboy, this one person left me an empty tip envelope and requested I place the paper elsewhere (inside the screen door instead of in the mailbox).
After a couple of weeks of proper delivery, they left me a proper tip. |

Re: What’s my play: Newspaper constantly delivered under car
Thanks for the suggestions. Like I mentioned in passing in the OP, I have called several times to complain, but nothing has changed, so whatever, it's an annoyance, nothing more. I could cancel our subscription, but I like having the paper in the morning.
I like the sign idea, and may give that a try; thanks for the diagram, Evan. And yeah, this probably wouldn't be an issue if there was someplace else to park the car, but the garage is used as a shop and is full of tools, so that isn't an option. Edit: LOL, niiiice, Scottie. Leave a Christmas card out for the delivery guy, with a note that says his tip is where he leaves the paper. Leave a $5 bill under a brick, underneath and squarely in the middle of the Camry.
