Default Sunday Million: AQ soooted flops top pair

Here is a hand from yesterday's million. I don't have the actual hh, but it is very easy to describe.

Blinds: 400/800

Stacks: I'm UTG w/ 16K, villain in BB w/ 20K

Reads: I had a rush of cards this orbit, raised 2 of the previous 4 hands with TT and AQ respectively, and took down both pots after aggression without showdowns. No particular read on the villain, but seemed tight/solid.

Preflop: AQs UTG, raise to 2200. All fold to BB, who calls.

Flop: A-7-3 (or something like that) rainbow. Villain checks, I bet 3200 into a 4800 pot, villain check-raises to about 8000-8500.

Hero: ??

Obviously, I'm either folding or committing my stack.

I know you put it in and I know by his bet size that he had you crushed but I never ever fold here and my hand is never good.

How much do people think previous action effects this? If the guys decent, and has been watching us play. He's probably going to know that you havent been raising 3 out of 4 hands all the time. How much is he actually going to adjust?

I should mention I had been playing pretty tight before this orbit. Also, I won the TT hand by shoving my stack on a Q-high board on the river after reading the action from my opponent as weak. (Not the same villain as the posted hand.) I won the other AQ hand when everyone folded to my preflop raise.

I would get it in. Villain has seen you in a lot of pots this orbit and saw post flop aggression. He cold called you in bb, he can easily have a lower ace, AT, AJ, and AQ even though its unlikely. AK would of reraised due to your image. If he decided to trap with high pair then all of his holding but AA are losing.

The only likely hand you are really afraid of here is 77.
