This has to be a profitable middle right? From the live betting/halftime lines on Matchbook, I got:

Dallas +3 (-130)
Chicago -3.5 (+188)

So basically, I'm getting almost 2:3 that it's more likely the Bears win by more than 3 than that they win by exactly 3.
