WTF is up with this Internet!

Beat: Haven't had internet for the past 4 days because of this [censored] internet service in my apartment complex and we can't use another service.
Beat: The technicians are idiots and say it's my computer and my 3 other roommates computers even though half the [censored] complex doesn't have service or it's really slow.
Beat: I won't play poker until I get a reliable service and missing out on $$$.
Variance: The only website I can somehow connect to is 2+2??? I don't understand how this is possible. Explanations???

When I thought it was my computer, I thought about it. Then after the technician came out, I was going to throw it at him, but somehow I restrained myself. I realized throwing a 2K piece of equipment wasn't worth it. I think it has something to do with the server not having enough bandwidth, but I'm no computer expert.

I tried changing the firewall settings. No go.
