How is this interesting? It's not the Federal government's job to fine spammers, hence Paul voted no.

I thought it was interesting because it shows he sticks to his principles even if it goes against popular opinion. That could be both good and bad (see Pres. Bush). I'm allowed to have an opinion here I hope.
