KQ picks up a pair and faces turn check-raise on a drawy board
Villain was 30/15/1.36 over 100 or so hands, I was running 20/15. Any thoughts on how this hand played out?
The second he c/red, it screamed set to me. The club draw was out there, though, and I haven't often seen villains check sets twice in a drawy multiway pot. I'd been c-betting and firing on the second street habitually... is this ever a draw from this villain? What hand do you put him on? River play? Re: KQ picks up a pair and faces turn check-raise on a drawy board
I think this looks okay as long as villain sucks...it looks like a really bad bluff. I don't get it at all. If he has a set or a flush why is he betting so small on the river esp after you called his turn c/r??
I think I'd play it the same way. edit: well...i guess a set could make this size bet on the river since the flush hit. |
