Epassporte and ING

Not really sure if this is the appropriate thread for this question, but I think it is:

If I currently have an Epassporte account which is linked to my Bank of America checking account, but I just opened up an ING internet checking account, will I be able to switch from Bank of America to ING and have it still work properly with Epass?

I deposited to Stars straight off my Electric Orange debit card, so you may want to do that instead.

When you use ING or Electric Orange debit card, does the deposit or withdrawal go through immediately? I'm tired of waiting for Epassporte or the USPS. I miss the good ole days when you could move your money to and from poker sites to your bank account easily and quickly... there's gotta be a better way.
