Don't fold KK preflop for 100BBs. What you do postflop is a bit different but as a rule of thumb no, you shouldn't fold the second nuts for 100BBs.

The question is impossible to answer - folding kk preflop for 100BBs is one thing (and that shouldn't be a rule either despite 2+2 dogma to the contrary) - there are plenty of cases where the second nuts is garbage. It's like saying 'as a general rule you shouldn't fold when you have a good hand'.

I was thinking situations like getting check-raised holding 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on a 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] board when I said this.
