Solid/Useful/Interesting/Entertainig Old OOT Threads

OOT covers so many different topics every day that there's got to be tons of buried gold thats accumulated over the years. So I was doing some random searching of old dates to see threads and came across this one: Becoming a Teacher which I found a very interesting read. Its not super-amazing, its not super-funny, it didn't have a crap-load of views/posts but it had a lot of good discussion relevant to the OP. So I thought an interesting thread would be one where people linked to good and solid threads that they enjoyed reading.

Let me just say one last time, I'd like to see lots of old buried interesting threads. Not links to trainwrecks (ie. not the Brandi-like threads).
