we need to get boro's wife to pass this on to the campaign.

Please, anytime Dr. Paul's name gets mentioned in the media, I bet alarms go off all over campaign headquarters and they start popping champagne bottles.

Plus, the people in Glenn Beck's audience are the people who would be potential voters for RP.

Why would he not want to take advantage of that?

I don't know the situation. Beck seems like a total blowhard flag waving muslim hater from what I've seen.

Anyone who is still pro war at this point is insane. I'll give the people who believed the WMD stuff and woke up a break, but not anyone still living in a fantasy world.

Do you have any idea who votes in Republican primaries?
Aren't these the exact people that Paul needs to convince if he wants to win?

[/ QUOTE ]

I think that this is very true

I guess all those troops who opt to go over for a 2nd and third tour fall under your assumption of insane. Your opinion is noted, but I disagree.

I can understand why some politicians would rather not go on these shows. Very little gain, but they can lose a lot of ground if the interview goes bad.

Hostile or not why would you turn down a chance to expand your ideas to a crowd that may have no idea who you are.

You can't lose votes you never were going to get but you CAN win votes with a few good points and ideals.

[/ QUOTE ]

For an answer to your question, watch Lou Dobbs when he interviews a guest with whom he has opposite views. He treats the guest as hostile; controls the conversation; doesn't let the guest complete an answer; he just attacks; attacks; attacks.

If you were a candidate running on a platform of amnesty for illegal immigrants, you would not want to go on the air with Dobbs for a 5 minute interview. He would show you no respect.

Not that I'm for amnesty, just equality in debates with the host of the show.
