I'd probably bet it since calling with a flush draw on the flop is not really a great play since he does not have the odds you should lead out for 45 to 60 $ in this spot

No way I like the checkraise. You're costing yourself way too much if he has the flush. If he has a lone club he's probably taking the free card. So it's the worst of both worlds imo.

I'm definitely betting. Folding? Hmmm. If I make a _big_ bet on the Turn, like you have, and the guy's TAG (and hasn't shown moves yet) then I think I can fold this time.

I think you played the hand fine. If he raises it's like pretty much an Allin for 150 more. Then yeah, without reads, I think you can definitely fold.

Maybe bet smaller to make sure you get called by worse hands eg QT, KT etc. If raised you should probably fold but I wouldn't.
