Who's going to the All-Star Game?!

The All-Star game will be played on July 10th, meaning that there's less than a month until the midsummer classic. The voting is kind of absurd, as it always is. Mets, Yankees and Red Sox seem to dominate despite some of their position players being less than mediocre. Let's do it right though.

Pick your starting lineup for the NL and AL team this year. You can choose a bench or pitchers if you wish as well, but if you do be sure to remember that at every team must have at least one all-star player.

Who should be going. The former is more objective (since there are vote tallies). The other is the subjective view.

On another note, I am surprised that Kevin Youkilis (sp?) is not on the All-Star ballot. Shouldn't an exception be made for this?

I heard them say on Saturday's FOX telecast that the front office is petitioning to the league to have Youk put on the players ballot since Papi is a shoe in on the fan ballot.
