Default NL100 - 1pair on scary flop vs short stack allin

Hi guys!
I didn't post much but now I'm gonna move up, so guess I need some play adjustments. Lots of it. Hope you will be nice and answer my silly questions. So...

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $63.80
MP: $21.30
CO: $98.85
Hero (BTN): $108.40
SB: $49.50
BB: $101.35

Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
3 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4</font>, SB calls $3.50, BB folds

Flop: ($9) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $3</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $11</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $45.50 and is All-In</font>, Hero folds

Results: $31 Pot ($1.55 Rake)
SB mucked and WON $29.45 (+$14.45 NET)

The problem I discover on nl100 villains play way way more agressive. My Won$WSF drop huge. So should I fold or call?

hm you must win about 1/3 of the time here to call i think it's close... if you are running bet fold if you are running hot call
