River: (t285) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
<font color="red">BB bets t180</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to t500</font>

I checked this flop because the board is so dry that unless someone has an improbable underset, there's just not much to give me value. Given that, should I raise the turn, or call hoping for an overcall/hoping he fires again on the river?

Yea. This is a good flop if you're going to slow play

I would raise the turn however. Get some value out of those draws.

I'd probably bet 60 on the flop, but I can see the value of checking.

I definitely raise the turn. You don't have too many more chances to get your money in. You didn't flop top set to pick off river bluffs.

Hoping for an overcall on the turn is wishful thinking. I prolly raise like 250 on the turn.
As played it looks like he`s valuebetting the river. So i like your raising size.
If he doesn`t pay off, then you wouldn`t have made much money anyway.

I also think you should raise the turn. If you get called you stand a good chance of getting them all in on the river; If not you probably weren't getting any more chips out of him anyway.

A check is good, but I've started weak betting the flop. Generally you get called and build the pot a little more, and sometimes people will play back at you.

Awesome flop to slow play...no problem w/ betting the flop but I'd like to have my opponents catch up a bit on this type of flop.

As played raise the turn to like t240...other than that I like it a lot.
