At the $11s I doubt a made flush is going to check here, but I still like it. The last thing you want at this point is to fire out a modest value bet and have him come over the top. 1100 chips looks nice in your stack at this point. Check behind is conservative but not weak.

That's how I would play it. I don't like getting too trigger happy with just top pair when there's 4 to the flush on the board... but it also depends on your table image. If you're probably viewed as aggressive, I'd definitely check. If you've been playing passively (and you think they've noticed this), then you maybe could try a blocking bet... if he didn't hit the flush, he's likely to be just as scared of the flush as you are, and might fold a better hand... it's very conceivable (depending on your read of the SB) that he could have limped w/ Kh9h, and made 2 pair but is going to check it down based on the easy flush potential.

Just my 2 cents

I think you played it well. In the $11s I wouldn't count on folding out any better hands and it's still not that unlikely that he checks something that beats you there.

Yeah I think its a good play. There is not many hands you are ahead of after the turn that are going to give you more chips so check it down.

I see this quite commonly at the $11s. Someone will semi-bluff, then try to get sneaky when he makes his hand.

Anyway, I play it the same.
