I REALLY need to buy a car. I don't want to spend more than 10k. I guess I could lease also, but I feel like buying used is probably better.

At the moment I'm thinking about a 2005 Monte Carlo or something. I want an American car, and it seems like the Monte Carlo is ballin on a budget.
