Default Maybe interesting/maybe std flop peel and river bet

Villain is 64/25/1.1 40 WtSD over 354 hands So he's quite loose. Once he gets to the river he rarely folds often making curiosity calls with 9 high ect. The one time I saw him with the initiative he bet K9 ui on the flop and turn and then checked the river in position. I've also seen him get scared on the river when an overcard came.

In the 70 hands I've been at the table, he's yet to cap despite being 3-bet several times. On the hand right before this, I 3-bet him. He c/r'ed me on the flop, and I called to the river where I folded. I'm not sure how clean my image is with him or even if he's paying enough attention. I took a shot a small pot he was in on the turn about 50 hands before this he called with a small pair and took the pot down on the river. The rest of the times we've clashed I've had legit hands.

I'm most interested in the flop peel. Though the river might be close as well.

Oops initially I thought you had KQ... I don't get your river bet. You hope he has TT?
I also peel this flop HU, not sure how good/standard it is.

In retrospect, I don't know if the river bet was any good. At the time, I thought he was getting tired of being 3-bet so he capped light and now he'll call with any two because he wants to see my cards. Maybe I was just looking at it the way I wanted it to be though.

Flop peel is standard for me.

We're getting 10.5-1 so we need a total of 4 outs:
Backdoor FD - 1.5 outs
Backdoor Straight Draw - 1 out
3 Kings - 1-1.5 outs
3 Jacks - 0.5-1 out

For a total of 4-5 outs.

Clearly its close, but we are in position against a bad player and possibly could get a free card on the turn. OOP our outs are worth less and its much more of a reverse implied odds situation so I'd fold. Finally, I think peeling here is better for metagame, and generally default to peeling whenever its this close. You don't want this LAG to think he can run you over very easily.

The river is a tricky spot against this player, given his proclivity to make these curiosity calls. He pays off 77-10 and some other random hands that you beat. He probably check/calls KK, and KQ. There aren't as many combinations of these since you're holding a K, so I like the bet given your read.

One thing to consider is the A is not a bad card for him to river sexy with a set, so if he's this type of tricky I'd just check behind.

What on earth is he folding on the river that you're beating? KK? Really?

EDIT: I guess the flipside is, "what is he c/r'ing?" That range is also tiny, admittedly. Will 99 call? Did you scare AK into a calldwon becuase he's convinced you made aces up? Its made tough because I can't imagine he's c/r'ing ever here, and if he does, you're always toast, so you can fold.

I agree, unless he's going for a river CR with AA. Either this guy is capping light (which seems very out of character) or he's got a legitimate hand which he is not folding on the river - I would check behind here, it seems very unlikely that he's folding a better hand.

Are we talking about a river bluff?
Only someone who never played online poker before would expect KK to fold here.

Super easy bet. This guy calls with any PP here on the river. Flop peel is meh but I don't think it's that bad.
