This site has a huge 2 page ad in the Oct Bluff magazine.
In it, they claim "VEGAS BULLDOG, LLC IS APPROVED TO ACCEPT PAYPAL" Thet also say they are incorporated in The United States by the state of Deleware.

Vegas bulldog strangely not really up yet, just a promo site for now... the only other one Pharoahssomethingorother.com says it does web cams, but has no players, only a handful per day.
