Default 2/4 6 max, Aces against a min raise.

Villain is weak-tight, 40/3, rarely agressive post flop. I have never seen him check-minraise, so I think he has me beaten, but I just do not know how bad. But he could also be fed up with my agressivity on flop and decide to test me a little. Is that an easy fold to you ?

Given your description of the player this seems like a very easy fold.

You're going nowhere fast on that board. I'd save my money for a better spot.
