How you manage to start a session online?

It seems like my play on depends %100 on my pysychology (sp?) I mean, when I have a bad day at work, and home (with wife, arguing ) seems like my seesion worse than the days were okay or good. If these "bad" days more than "good" days, it means I should stop playing at all or is there any other way to prepear myself? Does that happen to you too? and how you manage it, thanks!
