Default raising the river?

After lurking for some time Im posting my first hand. Im struggling getting some river desicions right. Easy call?

Ive been playing for about 10 hands and have villain as slightly passive

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, UTG calls, MP calls, SB calls.

Flop: (12 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, UTG calls, MP folds, SB calls.

Turn: (7.50 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>

The pot is too big on the river for you to fold TPTK. Even if you're beat 90% of the time in this spot, you are getting the right price to call

That K on the river just cost you a buck. Hopefully villain has grossly misplayed JJ.

I call it all time.
If villian is LAG i even raise/fold.
If villian is solid i dont raise cus he dont call anyway

You're most likely boned, but I think this can be 87 or some other 8x's (especially diamonds) often enough to call.

Just call the river. That's really no hand u beat that's worth CR the turn.

I know it's not in the post mentioned here, but when a passive villain check/calls on the flop after pre-flop raising, and then check/raises on the turn like that, it's almost always a sign that you're incredibly far behind. I'm not sure why you called the turn. :/

I call the river here, at any rate -- though grudgingly at best.
