Default chan book(million dollards limit cash..) what limit?

hi,in his book, chan says the concept describe are for high limit games starting at 20/40...
but i feel he describe 20/40$ live games
some of the play and situation appeared more often in those games and need a thinking player for the concepts describes in his book to succeed...
well it seem that online, the limit are seriously different then live games!
U think 2/4$ online is a good limit to start to apply the concept written there or u need a higher limit like 5/10 online to apply the concept regularly since at those level, thinking player are the norm compared to .50/1$ or 3/6$live game i hear...?

there are no "concepts" worth remembering in the Chan limit book. it's not even in the top 5 existing books for that category IMO.

well i find vs thight agressif player,
1 concept i like and working at 2/4$ level great but is useless in the .25/.50 limit for example is:
just calling in BB with AA,KK vs Button raiser or SB raiser heads up,etc...
to trap them seem to work fine(in micro limit u dont need too cause they will call to the end anyway)

bluff raise on dangerous cards migth work as well vs a thinking player,etc...
in micro limit forget about it,this wouldnt work for sure
