Well since he claims $26k in winnings the assumption would be that this involved multiple accounts. The funds would need to move to the the one legitimate account but they would probably pass though some of the fakes.

Fake A, Fake B, Fake C and legitimate sit at a table with two others who have no clue what is going on. The idea is to get the funds to legitimate but if at any point fake A can dump to Fake B they will. Much less suspicion if legitimate wins money from 4-5 accounts then from 50.

I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some people out there in our nation don't have maps and uh, I believe that our, ah, education like such as in South Africa, and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uh, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., or should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for our children.
