Default AQo with history, I try to get tricky

Normally I would make it 5xBB preflop after the limper, but I was on a hot hot run of cards which included a set of 8's vs button's AK top pair (I stacked him and he reloaded). So I limped behind, because I was going to um, limp reraise? Check-raise the flop with ace-high? Does anyone think I can get tricky here, or should I still just make a standard raise here, despite our history?

abotu 3% of 25nl villains notice what is happening, and even less care. Raise preflop.

not raising with ur big aces and big brodway cards ends up trapping urself.

Ur also giving up position and equity preflop by limping...

Well if you accidentally limp behind this is a super easy fold pf once button raises. Raising yourself is 100% standard.

Never ever limp here. If you limp you have to be ready to ditch it at any point unless you hit the flop hard.
