You either call this flop versus a nit or raise it with the intention of getting AI if he 3-bets. So, as played, AI.

With the OESD + a flush draw + 2 cleanish 9 outs, I would just raise the flop AI when he bets.

I would just call, and if the board pairs and he checks, shove. You are probably up against a flush.
