Default NL10 Hit an ace on the flop with my AK but it all goes pear shaped

I made a bigger bet on the flop than normal, as advised previously. How could I have played this better? Should I have re-raised on the turn? I assume his range consisted of a flush and any possible trips or possibly AJ, A10.
