Standard bet/3 bet. Stack sizes are also somewhat important.

Tough spot imo, if you 3bet here, you´re commiting yourself to go allin on the turn... So you should either shove or fold imo. Calling will put you in another tough spot if a spade doesnt hit on the turn. Even if you improve by hitting a jack, you easily could be beat already.

shove sounds good. you get a decent amount of folds and when you do get called you tend to have quite a few outs

i'd look to c/r flop, the way you played it i'm getting the money in. worst case scenario he has a better flush draw.

Ok thanks for the answers.

I lead here because my plan was to 3bet allin which I did. He had QQ for topset and I missed my outs.

I guess a C/R or C/C and give up on the turn if I miss is best against this villian.
