EPT-Rules Question
I was just reading the EPT-rules, and I'm not sure if I understand this one:
A player who intentionally dodges his blinds when moving from a broken table may forfeit the blinds and incur a penalty. The money will be put into the next pot and considered dead money. Does this mean that when I would have been in the big-blind in the next hand, but my table terminates I will have to put that blind in the pot of my new table? If so, will that be the case when I'm getting balanced, but my original table still keeps playing? |

Re: EPT-Rules Question
I believe it means if you dilly dally and miss your BB at the new table.

Re: EPT-Rules Question
It means that if as you are walking towards your new table you notice that your newly-assigned seat is the big blind, and you slow down, or stop to tie your shoe, or pretend to be lost and go to a different table first ... all in the hope of missing that big blind and getting to sit down after the blind has passed your seat.
In that case, if you get caught (don't ask me how), you will be forced to pay the blind anyway and not even get a hand. |
