If he reloaded his chips at the table would be correct, the only thing incorrect is the HH. Right? So if you see how much he has sitting in front of him as a bet why does a small error in the HH create such chaos?

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't see that much chaos except for the OP and for anyone else that may have reviewed their HH's and said "wtf?"
Why the hell can't party just fix a glitch they know about and prevent any chaos at all? Makes me glad I don't have their sorry ass software installed on my computer.

PP responded as if i was a little kid that didnt understand basic hand ranking?

Dear Matt,

Thank you for contacting us.

With regard to your mail, the winning hand has a straight which is a better hand than two pairs and a pair, according to the Rank of Hands.

A player who has a better hand than any other player will win the hand and same is the case with this hand.

Please be assured that the software recognizes the best hand.

If you have any other issue, please write to us at any time.

We are available 24/7 at your service.
Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site.

Now that you understand hand rankings, are you happy?

BTW, do 3 pairs beat a straight?

Great customer service response. But for someone who asked, MikeO said it will be reflected in hand histories later. I'm thinking they're going to add a "blah blah blah reloaded" line, which they don't currently write into HH's.

Chill guys, you'll survive.
