Annoying spot in WCOOP $215 rebuy, not sure what's best

EP cold caller is a loose donk. I'm a cash game player, and have limited tournament experience, and just would like to know what you think is best here. I feel like he rarely folds here when i bet, but at the same time c/fing seems weak. thoughts?

Sometimes, I think just calling here PF is ok, but after the UTG call, I don't mind just checkfolding this flop.

Edit: But I still almost always bet.

Yeah loose donks only fold hands you beat to a bet here. I still usually bet smallish.

Ok so I bet 800 and he minraises.....is there any merit to shoving or is that just retarded? I've seen him minraise flops a few times thus far and I have no idea what he's doing it with.
