Default $60 TT L4 with odd stack

Villian was loose-passive (41/5, 39 hands). Comments on all streets appreciated.

well, he doesnt have a Q or K. Does he have a J?

I think you could probably value bet half the pot on the river vs a bad player and get called with a small PP often enough to make it worth it.

I'd probably push pre-flop, just to simplify everything.

I can't imagine villain will call another bet anywhere with anything you beat, and I doubt he'd fold a K/Q/J on the river, so I'd probably be content to check it down too.

I like pushing preflop. It's a touch deep but seems fine.
As played I like it.

Every street looks good to me. Since you said villain is "loose" I like your raise pf instead of a push because I think you get a lot more value out of hands that you have in trouble (i.e. 88, A8, K9 etc). One could argue that you should make a really thin value bet on the river to get value out of like 99, but meh...nh

You are too deep to push PF imo the raise is fine. I think you can afford to stick a bet out on the flop but there is not point b/c I don't see him calling with any hand than you are beating and you have plenty of showdown value already. You got to a shodown cheaply WP NH.

A thought and two questions that may my play better?

Evendence says you played it well.

The questions... What would have you done if the villain bet on the turn? And why didn't you bet on the turn?

I did not bet turn because i could not fold a better hand (I have good showdown value) plus I have 10 outs to a str8/boat and a CR is going to be a disaster for me because I will have to fold.

I would have folded to any reasonable turn bet, called if he min bet.
