Heads Up Sit N Go With No Juice?

I have heard that one poker room offers heads up sit n goes with no juice.

Is this true and if so, what site is this please?

The closest thing I can think of would be if WSEX gives back the juice every week.

You get a 10% sign up bonus, but then when you play tourneys you clear the bonus at a rate of $1 for ever $1 payed in fees.

So whilst you have a bonus to clear, you play rake free. As soon as the bonus goes, you're back to 5% rake like everywhere else. But if you have a big bankroll, it can take quite a while to play the enough tourneys to clear the bonus.

I cash out and redeposit there as often as I can get away with to take advantage of this.
