Im not very educated on how these sites work, but its my understanding on full tilt u get "rakeback" on any hand you are in that takes a rake, meaning if u just fold wihout putting ne money in the pot u still get rewarded, is it the same on stars???

1. Earn FPP credits for cash game play

First Frequent Player Point (FPP) is awarded for playing a hand in which the rake reaches:

* $0.40 for fixed limit poker games with stakes $1/$2 and lower
* $0.40 for NL/PL poker games with blinds $1/$2 and lower
* $0.40 for "1-on-1" poker games (this applies only to "1-on-1" tables, not to regular tables which have only two players seated)
* $1.00 for all other games

The Porsche is 3 million FPP.

I'm going to assume 65 hands per hour per table. YMMV.

Looks like $200NL is around .65VPP/hand.

4 tables, 6 hours a day, is 1560 hands per day.

That's 1014VPP per day.

Assuming you were ALREADY Supernova (getting Supernova will actually take you about 99 days of playing - I'm not going to do a sliding scale of working your way up the levels because the final answer is going to be so outrageous it's not going to matter anyway) then you would be earning 3549FPP per day.

So it would take you 846 days of playing to earn the Porsche. If you play every day, that's not quite 2 1/2 years. If you play 5 days a week but no holidays, it's 3 1/4 years.

No, you only get 1 point per hand. You get a second point if the rake reaches $3 ($2 for 6-max games).

CMAR,
did you get the .65VPP/hand estimate from calculating what you have earned personally or is there something you looked up to find it?
If you know off the top of your head, do you know around what it is for 100 and 50NL???

or, obviously, if anyone else knows I'd appreciate it. thyaanks

I went and looked it up here:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...age=0&vc=1

Rather than re-open PokerTracker and do the math.

$50NL is around .35vpp/hand, $100NL is about .425vpp/hand.

These call all vary a ton based on table conditions, particularly with small sample sizes.
