Default NLHE Tournament Coach Wanted - Any Recommendations?

Guys,

I have used Bob Ciaffone as a coach since 2003, he taught me a lot and took me to what I think is a high level (and by the way, at a modest price!) but I feel that to get the results I want I need to elevate my game by yet another level or two.

Who is the best available NLHE poker coach in the world (who I can approach to help me online)? Alternatively are there any players in the UK or Europe who might be willing to help me improve my game and take me to that next level?

I know people get the best coaching when they have a battle-tested pro take them under their wing (like Gerasimov being tutored by Luske), who is willing to do the same for someone like me in Europe?

I am happy to pay cash and/or tournament equity in exchange for truly world-class poker coaching.

I'd like a coach, but I'm only willing to pay $75 an hour or tournament equity.
