Bah we have already seen that the regens can be killed permantly you just have to keep perm damage in their brain stem.

Don't think Hiro can kill Adam. From Highlander we know an immortal can only be killed by being beheaded by another immortal.

Only Claire can kill Adam. Hiro would need to freeze time on Adam to allow Claire to behead Adam.

Someone posts a pic of a 7-8, then a bunch of internet nerds respond with "She's a 4 tops, maybe a 5 if she lost 15 lbs."

It doesn't. At least in the series. I remember multiple episodes with Rogue Watchers killing immortals, and at least one who gets decapitated by a...train?

It was from the movie version in 1986 with Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery. Of course I may have remembered it wrong or the rules have since changed.
