Default Stats, when to move up

I've been playing NL micro limit $.05/$.10 for about three years. I haven't used any tracking software, but here are some stats from my poker site. Total hands are 600,000.
Flops seen: 35%. Win % if flop seen: 24%. Hands won at showdown: 64%. BB/100 hands: 38. From others posts, it seems like my win rate per hands is high and also my percent of hands won at showdown. WHen is it a good time to move up? Also as one moves up, what is a good target for BB/100 hands? I would assume that as one moves up in limits your BB/100 hands goes down. I've played some $0.25 and $0.50 limits and have made money at both levels, but don't have a lot of play yet. It appears that I've been making about 6 BB/100 hands at the $0.50 level. How do I know when it is a good time to move up a limit? Also, does the tracking software help your game a lot?
