well its unlikely he has the straight due to the flop call, so we are looking at 99/TJ as risk hands? i would expect both of those hands to c/r the turn most of the time?

i call and expect to see a lower 2 pair

Without reads I fold here. Villain has 99 or TJ a lot here.
I guess he raises you with K9 or Q9 before river or just call down your bet on river.

.. what lower two pair could he have here? to me this looks alot like j10.. and ur deepish, so its like another 85 to call .. 85 to win 244 uuuuughghghghgh so tough.. sooo close about 3:1.. I think you should just pitch this honestly, this seems like he set this up from the flop

I'm never checking river here.

This would be a weird line for 99. I'm really only concerned about JT. Even then, can he really expect me to fire three bullets?

checking behind on river seems terrible. You loose a lot of value by not betting here. You get called by a lot of worse hands (lone K, smaller two pairs). Hero bet size looks good to me.

call. hes not a good player judging by his stack and the open limp utg. The river overpush is so often a bluff and he'l do this with alot of hands you beat

^ this is in no way an overpush. I would call and make a note, for reasons stated above.

Unless Villain is completely retarded, this is never a bluff. I guess it all comes down to how we define unknown villain and his likely range. After his river raise villain is actually not completely "unkown" anymore because he just took a pretty weird line. So now is it the "heeeha I hit 2 pair on the river let's get all in!" or the "ahah I've totally fooled you with my slowplayed straight (set) now it's finally time to give me your monies!"?
In my experience type 2 is more common than type 1 and I'm not sure a lot of guys will slow play K9,Q9 until river.
