[censored] like this just makes my head spin, how can you as the people of America accept laws and broken courts like this? Here in Sweden i have NEVER EVER heard of a sentence here that is similar to this.
I honestly cant even grasp how people can get through court and all through the process no one except the defense sees the problem in this law, how the [censored] can the prosecution sleep at night convicting people for this?

I'm not sure how presidential pardons work, but yeah, that would be a good idea here. [/ QUOTE ] It's a state law. The President can only issue pardons for federal crimes. In most states, the governor can pardon people who violated state laws.

The AG was thinking about appealing the supreme court's decision so then he was sent back in jail just in case the AG wanted to appeal again. Sounds like they like to [censored] with people down in Georgia. But they are finally letting him out today... or soon.
