Oh, and doubtful you need to tip. It's Amsterdam the locals tip sparingly.

I guess if you really had a good time, why not, but you probably shouldn't feel obligated.

There's no seasonal rates. It's also NEVER above 50 euros. No idea how you thought that. There's no tip. Apparently it's 20 euros extra for touching too. Oh yea, also it's 'timed' if you aren't done in 15 minutes you're out.

Things to do,

If you LOVE weed then you'll need to get way away from the tourist areas.
All the coffee shops are a good experience so check out many. Only individual recommendation would be to go the green room once.
2 euro live peep show is awesome, women view for free.
Moulin Rogue is the worst sex show. The 2 others are better but i forget their name. Sit at the front if you want to get up on the stage.
Go to teasers on a main night/time.
Drink some good beer in the square.

There's none of this. It's all set. Only thing to worry about is don't be around the red light district late, which is only 1am. 3 of us got mugged at knife point once.

I don't see the point of a Hooters type place when you are blocks away from the Red Light district and great places to drink on the Nieuw Markt. Just seems like a waste-of-time tourist trap.

In any case, it was closed back in May. There is still a Web site, claiming to be open soon, but I would skip it anyway.

There is a bar called "Rookies" that is basically a sports bar where you get a drink menu, a food menu and a weed menu. It is worth a visit.

why comment on it if you've not been in! teaser is a different level of fun, esp. this one in amsterdam.

there is a great jazz club near the leidseplein stop on the tram called the alto (there's a large sax in front of the club), really fun place to go to watch some music after getting high.

the leidseplein area in general is pretty cool to walk around.

It was closed last time I was there, but it has been open in the past when I was in Amsterdam. It may be fun, I just think there is better fun to be had elsewhere, real close by, when one is in Amsterdam.

Make sure you go to the pink floyd and get mothers finest.

Also, you have to tell the hookers exactly what you want to do, how long etc. Don't get the really hot ones on the main drag, they will rip you off.

Dont smoke too much.

Get used to wearing a rubber before you go if you arent. Although it is nice to have a female whos really skilled at putting one on.

If you hear DING DING look down and if you see train tracks, get the hell out of the way.

Practice rolling.
