Default casino bonus question

On most bonus sites, can you deposit more than the deposit bonus to clear the bonuses quicker? Example, if the bonus is a 100% deposit bonus up to 200, can I deposit like 1000 and bet like $5-10 dollars a hand of BJ to clear the bonus fast?

yes. The clearance rate is dependent on how much per hand you play not your deposit amount. If you clear a 1600WR playing $1 a hand or $50 a hand the casion doesnt care as long as you bet at least $1600.

Be careful though. Some sites will penalize you for depositing more than you need to.

For instance, a (100 + 100) * 20 could become (1000 + 100) * 20.

Exactly. And taking it a step further, this type of penalty would likely bring you down to -EV in many cases, or at least diminsh your +EV substantially.

If the bonus WR is deposit plus bonus, deposit the minimum amount to get the bonus, bet the amount you would have with a larger deposit. If you bust out, re-deposit up to the amount you originally intended. There is no WR on a second deposit.
