Not sure if this is when the hand was played, but your read describes him well, except that I have never seen him raise a big street as a bluff or with less than 2 pair against a tight pf raiser. This also pertains to alot of loose-flop aggro players in the 15. Also, your flop tell is usually a draw. Regularly, I would never fold this but against the guy I am thinking of I would, because you are drawing either to 2 outs or dead alot of the time. When the K comes you should bet/call, but I dont think cc is too bad.

I do understand that OP probably got bad beat by the J9, which is why he posted the hand, but why just call with top set?
