+UTG raises are, by definition, not weak
+You have AJ. I have a rule- don't call all ins without AQ. I would say the same rule applies to pushing back at UTG raisers. His range is at least JJ-AA and AQ+.
+Your M was 10, but you could have and should have waited

Unless you have a read that UTG is raising lightly, you are way behind his range, which is pretty close to what beenben stated above. In general, UTG raises represent more strength. Also, what made you think UTG was weak? His bet size is completely standard here(3xbb). Unless you have some read that lead you to believe that his bet is in some way weak, folding is the best play.

Although you could take the view that raising only 3xBB UTG is weak, what are you taking a stand against? He's not stealing your money, you have a middling hand, and you must ask what he would raise from that position with - almost like he is asking for a re-raise? Why not call and evaluate?
