If you call his flop raise and he bets $110 on turn his range has polarised to a great extent. |

If you know he will always bet his good hands and check behind on turn with his draws/bluffs, then you can simply call the flop raise, check/fold the turn and if he checks too, check/call any safe river. If he does bet draws on the turn it's an easy c/r all-in. |
