Default Gross QQ Flop

I felt so gross when this hand flopped. I have no reads as villain just sat down and I have no hands in history with him. Do I make a c-bet? Is c/f too weak?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Hero (SB): $208.90
BB: $79.10
UTG: $84.05
CO: $58.95
BTN: $104.25

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO raises to $3.50, BTN folds, Hero raises to $12.00, BB folds, CO calls $8.50

Flop: ($25) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero.......

Also, if hero c-bets and villain pushes, is this an instacall due to stacks?

I'm pretty sure I want to get it AI on this flop against the shortstack. Standard line is c-bet call a shove, but I think that makes it hard to get it in against most hands you beat. I think I like a C/R even though it's and odd line after 3-betting. I doubt he's good enough to realize that checking is such a weird play by his stack size. I think this is the easiest way to get him to stick his chips in.

I agree with this thinking.

If he checks behind I make a strong bet on a non-scary turn card. Otherwise, Getting to showdown with 25 in this pot is not the end of the world.

I bet call here. Interesting hand in that CO has pretty much the most annoying stack size for your hand and the board.

I check the flop and proceed with caution. He will hardly ever bluff in this spot.

Stack size is annoying, but it is one of those spots where I agree to getting it all in v. an unknown who just sat with a short stack.

I prefer check/calling or check/raising the flop. If we're commited to this hand, give him a chance bluff.

Problem with bet/call is that most things you beat fold and hands which you are behind, shove and price you in. Check/Shove, opens up a better chance of getting it in ahead.

Is my logic off here?
