I witnessed chip dumping at ftp before and emailed support. Two weeks later they answered saying we've finished our investigation, we cannot say what we did to protect their privacy. No reward, no thank yous.

Report it. If after a few weeks one of them decides to cash out, then FT will confiscate their cash for a quick windfall (excuse me, "freeze their account"), then start an investigation with no email for a few months.
Then one of these guys can come here with 3 posts to tell us all about it. It will be a great thread! In about 5 months, the investigation will be over, and FT will quietly return all the money to the victims like they always do.
