Default Party 25/50, call or raise river

Party 2550. I have position on MayBeHot on all the tables, and game is going on quite agressively. He has stopped folding to any of my 3bets PF, and check-call most flops. I was caught floating a couple of times, which made him insta-fire 2nd barrels all the time. We just played a pot, where he rivers a T with his AT on a board reading K95-3-T, and wins against my Q9. He fires flop and turn, and river goes check-check.

I actually like pushing this river. I think he has an overpair or AQ or some smaller two pair that he might be value betting enough to make it worth it.

My inclination here would def. be to push. The push is like $2,000 more to him into a $8k or so pot right? I mean you have top two in a blind battle against an aggressive opponent who you say thinks for float a decent amount. Obv any one pair hand should be sick to their stomach when you push here and you think he is good enough to always fold AQ, KK, AA here then i guess it doesn't have value, but given the description you just gave my first thought was definitly push.

You're obviously not folding, so it's raise or call. I would only push here if you think he would call with AQ/AJ/KK/AA.

Krantz, EM2, is your feeling that a push is too thin with the running diamonds based only on that? Would you push if the board had no flush possibility? Also, do you think that winning players here are getting away from KQ, AQ, KK, AA the majority of the time given the way these guys have been playing? Obviously i see your points b/c those hands really shouldn't ever expect to be good here, i just felt that the fact that a push is only like 25% of the pot back to him will make even good players make this crying call because of the aggressive nature of the games these days.
