Default Variance: Looking for Stake/Loan/Robustoness

I am interested in acquiring a small stakes loan of $2000US to rebuild my online roll, with which $2500US will be paid back on or before November 30/07.

I have withdrawn my entire roll, and am looking for a way to rebuild while keeping my personal money separate from my online roll.

I think that a 25% interest rate over a month and a half with virtually no risk is quite fair for both the Lender and myself.

Facts:

- I am a long-term winner (these stats are the only ones on my new computer):

- I am also a significant winner at Omaha, which is extremely soft at the site I'm currently at
- I am not American, and thus can play at every site (except Bodog)
- I have a bonus/rakeback program that significantly increases monthly poker income

Agreement Terms:

- The Lender will transfer me an amount equal to $2000US through transfer (Stars/FT preferred, Party also available) as soon as possible after the agreement has been agreed upon
- I will pay the Lender an amount equal to $1000US on or before October 31, 2007, as well as a separate amount equal to $1500US on or before November 30, 2007
- In addition to the $2500US, the Lender will be awarded 50% of the total winnings of a single $100 + buyin multi-table tournament. This tournament will be played after the entire balance of $2500US has been returned to the Lender, and arrangements will be made beforehand to allow the Lender to track my progress throughout the tournament, if requested
- I will play an amount of hands exceeding 30,000 before the end of October 31, 2007, as well as an amount of hands exceeding 50,000 between the dates of November 1, 2007 and November 30, 2007 inclusive
- All hands played will be at the highest level of shorthanded no-limit hold'em where there are at least 20 buy-ins in my active bankroll
- Results from play during these periods will be provided to the Lender, if requested
- My personal information, including my not limited to: full name, home address, e-mail address, poker site aliases, and any other information deemed necessary by the Lender will be provided to the Lender, if requested

Any provisions that have not yet been brought forth, or additions that the Lender deems necessary can obviously be discussed and altered before the actual Agreement has been agreed upon.

Feel free to PM me if you're not willing to discuss in the thread.

Also BBVers, please feel free to add to the thread:
